We never outsource any area of production and by doing so, we are always able to guarantee utmost quality in every phase of the mould construction project.
The selection of top quality raw materials, heat treatments granted by specifically certified and controlled suppliers, along with constant supervision, ensure the maximum durability of the mould and die (at least 1,000,000 guaranteed uses).
Adda Stampi relies on the best machinery available on the market, including high speed CB Ferrari and Isper milling machines, Makino, Mitsubishi and Agie electric discharge machines, as well as Mazak lathes.
The entire production process is monitored by constant control on the times and quality, in order to guarantee the product requested within the delivery time agreed.
